About Dr. Niklas Haberkamm, LL.M. oec.

Dr. Niklas Haberkamm, LL.M. oec. is a partner in the law firm LHR Rechtsanwälte. He specializes in the areas of media law, trademark law and sports law. He represents his clients both in the out-of-court defense of their rights and interests and in the judicial enforcement of their claims.

As a lecturer at the University of Trier and the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences in Gelsenkirchen, Niklas Haberkamm trains future lawyers and journalists in media and personality rights.

Niklas Haberkamm holds a doctorate in European competition law and a Master of Laws in commercial law from the University of Cologne. He has also completed the advanced training course "Sports Law" at the University of Hagen. He is business fluent in French and English.
