About Knut Schreiber, LL.M.

He specializes in media law (internet law, copyright law), intellectual property law (online reputation, trademark and design law, competition law) and the protection of personal rights (right to one's own image and right of expression). In these areas of law, he advises both established companies and start-ups on their “first steps” as well as individuals (e.g. in the event of infringements of personality rights or copyright).

Knut Schreiber studied in Cologne, Spain and South Africa. During his master's degree at the University of Cape Town (LL.M.), he already focused on the protection of intellectual property (Intellectual Property Law). During his subsequent legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, he was able to deepen his knowledge in this area of law by working in renowned law firms in Germany and abroad.

Knut Schreiber was admitted to the bar in 2013 and successfully completed the theoretical part of the specialist lawyer course in intellectual property law in 2016.

As a result of his international experience, Knut Schreiber speaks and writes business fluent English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
